Admissions Process
Getting started at Franklin Christian Academy

STEP 1: 

Schedule a Campus Visit

Begin your FCA experience by attending one of our Campus Visits. This is a perfect opportunity for prospective parents and students to:

  • Learn what is unique about our school

  • Meet our dedicated school leaders

  • Gain insights into our academic programs and extracurricular activities

STEP 2: 

Submit an Application

​August 1, 2025: Applications open for 2026-2027 school year. 

December 31, 2025: Priority Admissions Deadline for first round of applicants.  ​​​​​

  •  Late applications will be evaluated on an individual basis as space allows.

 

Application Requirements: 

  • Application Fee of $50 (non-refundable) 

  • 3 references collected (references are emailed upon submission on of the application)

  • Records (report cards, transcripts, standardized testing) collected by FCA

STEP 4: 

Admissions

Review

​​​​Once your application is submitted, it enters our Admissions Review process, where our committee evaluates each application carefully to ensure that prospective students meet the academic and personal qualities we value at FCA.

STEP 3: 

Placement Tests &

Interviews

Student Placement Testing sign ups will be sent out upon submission of application. 

  • ISEE scores may be submitted instead of the FCA placement test. Please email ISEE scores directly to Stephanie Radbill in the admissions office:  sradbill@franklinchristianacademy.org. 
     

Student Interviews and Parent Interviews will be conducted after placement testing has been completed. This step provides an opportunity for both parents and students to engage with school leaders and discuss educational goals and expectations.

   

STEP 5: 

Admissions

Offer &

Enrollment

Following the Admissions Review, eligible students are placed into our waiting pool. If there is a seat available or a seat becomes available in the desired grade level, an offer of admissions will be sent to the family.
 

  • Admissions decisions are mailed to all priority admission families on February 28, 2026.
     

  • Families will have 2 weeks after the acceptance letters are emailed to complete all paperwork and set up payment account on FACTS. 
     

  • Applicants in the waiting pool receive priority consideration in any subsequent admissions cycles.

​Key Admission Dates:

  • August 1, 2025: Applications open for 2026-2027 school year.

  • October - December 2025: Placement Testing begins. Placement testing dates to be announced.

  • December 31, 2025: Priority Admissions Deadline for first round of applicants.  

  • ​​​February 28, 2026: Admissions Decisions are emailed to all families who have completed the process.
