Goal #1: Advancement of New Facility

     - Complete Phase One-A.
     - Begin Phase One-B
     - Increase enrollment to capacity of facility
 

Goal #2: School Finances

     - Review all school advancement opportunities
     - Establish Endowment, Increase Annual Fund
     - Development/Fundraising plan
     - Consider creating faculty/staff retirement fund
     - Review faculty compensation
     - Review development staffing
     - Review events, maximize income from events
 

Goal #3: Programmatic Initiatives

     - Improve and Enhance STEM Program
     - Explore entrepreneurship education
     - Enhance “Week Without Walls"
     - Explore opportunities to begin international program
     - Continue to develop athletic program
     - Pursue LEED program curriculum
     - Enhance technology program
     - Explore opportunities for community events at new campus facility
     - Enhance summer camp opportunities
