FCA & Family Portal

 

Franklin Christian Academy incorporates an online based school management system for teachers, parents, students, and administration to keep up with the academic, communication, and scheduling of school functions through a system called RenWeb.

 

Family Portal's online system allows parents and students to effectively oversee and manage a student’s academic and behavioral progress on a daily basis. Using online banking level of security, parents, and students may view homework assignments, lesson plans, grade books, attendance and discipline issues easily and quickly. From anywhere you can access the web, you can see your student’s information as well as communicate with teachers and staff. Family Portal also has apps for smartphones and tablets.

Family Portal also allows parents to pay tuition through their PayEasy function utilizing bank draft and or credit/debit card payments methods.
 

Instructions for Creating a Family Portal Login:

​

1. Please go to https://logins2.renweb.com/logins/ParentsWeb-Login.aspx

2. Please select Create New Family Portal Account

3. Enter (FCA-TN) into the District Code field

4. Enter in the Email field your email address as provided in your application to the school.

5. Click the Create Account button

6. You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active only for 6 hours

7. Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. You may use the default username provided, or create a new username. Then type your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field.

8. Click on the Save Username and/or Password button

9. Close the window

10. Log into Family Portal as instructed above.

FCA also has an FCA branded app located in the app store for both Google and Apple phones.
